On June 19th, a domestically produced high-end steel plate pretreatment line worth over 10 million yuan was successfully installed and debugged at a shipyard in Dalian. This production line is built by Qingdao Honglin Intelligent, a leading domestic pre-processing equipment supplier. This line combines powerful rust removal, automatic painting, and efficient drying in one step! Its deployment will significantly improve the automation level, operational efficiency, and surface treatment quality of the steel plate pretreatment process in large shipyards, laying a solid foundation for subsequent shipbuilding.
